Over the subsequent 67 years the business has seen continued growth both in premises and plant size, customer base, and the breadth of sales and services on offer. Having recently passed into new ownership their focus has been on business improvement and how the business can better represent itself in the marketplace.
Stevenson & Taylor asked us to review current marketing practises and help market them moving forward. We interviewed key members of the team to gain understanding on how they viewed the brand. Following this we incorporated a positioning statement that reflected what the core of the business is; 'Keeping you going since 1951'. We then undertook a marketing audit to look at the full picture, and a full brand refresh. This included a new new website, an updated brand and collateral with a fresh new look and feel.
We designed and developed a website that connects with their internal sales tools, connecting to an online shop. Other new features included a 'for hire' section, a team page, new photography and copy to emphasise the high quality service and history of Stevenson & Taylor.
